At Ciberwatch, we take great care in shipping our items to ensure they arrive perfectly packaged and protected, guaranteeing their complete safety. Therefore, claims for items received with external damage, marks, or similar will not be accepted unless the shipment shows signs of external tampering prior to delivery. Furthermore, the value of the purchased item is insured against theft or loss during transit, thus guaranteeing the correct delivery of all our orders. We ship worldwide: Spain (including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Europe, and Internationally. Below, we detail all our shipping methods and rates.

National Shipments (Spain):

• Orders under €50 will be shipped via Postal Exprés de Correos, with a delivery time of 24 hours from the moment of dispatch.*
• Orders over €50 will be shipped via Nacex Agency for shipments to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Those destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will be shipped via Postal Exprés de Correos.
• The delivery times indicated on each product's page are counted as working days.
• All shipments to Spain and Portugal are free.

Shipments to Europe:

• The approximate delivery time for shipments to Europe is 3 days.
• Orders under €200 will have a fixed cost of €13. They will be sent via Certified Mail insured for the value of the item.
• Orders over €200 have free shipping costs. They will be sent by DPD Transport Agency or Seur Internacional depending on the destination.
• Shipments to Portugal will be governed by the conditions indicated in the previous section (National Shipments).

International Shipments (Rest of the world):

• The approximate delivery time for International shipments (Rest of the world) depends on the destination country and is 3-5 days.
• Orders under €250 will have a fixed cost of €89. They will be sent via Certified Mail insured for the value of the item.
• Orders over €250 have free shipping costs. They will be sent by DPD Transport Agency or Seur Internacional depending on the destination.

Returns Information:

Ciberwatch.es offers the possibility to return products and exercise the right of withdrawal (Withdrawal Form below this notice), within the first 14 days, for any reason, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer. To do this, the following points of our return policy must be taken into account:

• The returned item must be in perfect condition, as it was sent, with all its seals, original packaging, instruction manuals, and guarantees. You must attach a note inside, indicating whether you wish a refund or an exchange for another item. All items will be inspected upon receipt. We cannot accept products that do not meet these characteristics.
• The refund will be made once the item has been received at our facilities, after verification of the product's condition by our staff, within 72 hours of its receipt.
• The refund will be processed under the conditions indicated above, using the same payment method as the original purchase, except if it was made by cash on delivery, in which case it will be done by bank transfer (for which you must provide us with your account number and account holder's name in a note).
• The replacement of the item with another will incur new shipping costs (the cost of this shipment may vary from €6 to €9 depending on the destination).

* This option is subject to compliance with the conditions of point 8 in the section “Why buy at Ciberwatch”** The 1-day delivery time indicated for the item may be delivered within an interval of 1-3 working days, depending on the volume of daily shipments at any given time, always trying to adhere to the established 24-hour delivery so that the buyer receives the product at home.

WITHDRAWAL FORM

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a product or products from an order, remember that you can process it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise by printing and completing this form, then scanning it and sending it to info@ciberwatch.es
