Shipping and Returns | Withdrawal

At Ciberwatch, we take great care in shipping our items so that they reach the recipient perfectly packaged and wrapped, thus guaranteeing their total protection. For this reason, claims will not be accepted for items received with external damage, marks or similar, unless the shipment shows external tampering prior to delivery. Likewise, the value of the purchased item is guaranteed against theft or loss during transit, thus ensuring the correct delivery of all our orders.

We ship worldwide: Spain (including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Europe and Internationally. Below we detail all our shipping methods and rates.

Domestic Shipments (Spain):
  • Orders under €50 will be shipped via Postal Exprés de Correos, with a delivery time of 24 hours from the moment of shipment.*
  • Orders over €50 will be shipped via Nacex Agency for shipments to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Those destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be shipped via Postal Exprés de Correos.
  • The delivery times indicated on each product page are calculated as working days.
  • All shipments to Spain and Portugal are free.

Shipments to Europe:
  • The approximate delivery time for shipments to Europe is 3 days.
  • Orders under €200 will have a fixed cost of €13. They will be sent by Certified Mail insured for the value of the item.
  • Orders over €200 have free shipping. They will be sent by DPD or Seur International transport agency depending on the destination.
  • Shipments to Portugal will be governed by the conditions indicated in the previous section (Domestic Shipments).

International Shipments (Rest of the world):

  • The approximate delivery time for International shipments (Rest of the world) depends on the destination country, and the period is 3-5 days.
  • Orders under €250 will have a fixed cost of €89. They will be sent by Certified Mail insured for the value of the item.
  • Orders over €250 have free shipping. They will be sent by DPD or Seur International transport agency depending on the destination.

Information for Returns:

Ciberwatch.es offers the possibility of returning products as well as exercising the right of withdrawal (Withdrawal form below this advertisement), within the first 14 days, for any reason, starting from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer. To do this, the following points of our return policy must be taken into account:
  • The returned item must be in perfect condition, as it was sent, with all its seals, original packaging, instruction manuals and guarantees. You must attach a note inside, indicating whether you want a refund or an exchange for another item. All items will be inspected upon receipt. We will not be able to accept products that do not meet these characteristics.
  • The refund will be made once the item has been received at our facilities, after verification by our staff of the product's condition, within 72 hours of its receipt.
  • The amount will be refunded under the conditions indicated above, in the same method as the payment was made, except if it was made by cash on delivery, in which case it will be made by bank transfer (for which you must indicate your account number and name of the account holder in a note).
  • The replacement of the item with another will entail the payment of shipping costs again (the cost of this shipment may vary from €6 to €9 depending on the destination).


* This option is subject to compliance with the conditions of point 8 in the section "Why buy at Ciberwatch"
** The 1-day delivery period indicated for the item may be delivered within 1-3 working days, depending on the daily volume of shipments at any given time, always trying to respect what has been established so that the buyer has the product at their home within 24 hours.




WITHDRAWAL FORM
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a product or products from an order, remember that you can process it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise by printing and completing this form, then scanning it and sending it to info@ciberwatch.es

In order to effectively exercise my right of withdrawal, I will proceed with the return of the product/s, through the following procedure * :

  • By collecting the item or product at my home, in which case this service will have a cost according to the volume of the item/s and based on the collection address. This cost will be deducted from the amount to be paid to me for the withdrawal of the purchase (the cost of the collection service will be between 4.99 and 29.99 euros according to the factors mentioned).
