The commitment made by www.ciberwatch.es to sell and dispatch the offered merchandise is subject to the stock of the advertised product and its availability until supplies last, which is why Ciberwatch, in its commitment to quality and customer service, always tries to ensure that the advertised products are available. However, should circumstances arise that lead to the product being out of stock, the order and the contract signed between the parties will be null and void by virtue of this termination clause, fully reimbursing the customer in case of prepayment of the amounts paid by them, without any compensation being due to either party for breach of contract, direct damage, or lost profit.
The corresponding images and content registered on www.ciberwatch.es belong to their respective authors. It is strictly forbidden to link to www.ciberwatch.es without the express consent of the website and its authors, as well as the improper use of the images displayed here, whether or not they mention the company in their content.
As an exception, Citizen brand watches cannot be shipped outside Spanish territory. In addition, these watches are excluded when redeeming discount coupons.
